The Basic Equation: E = P × T

E (Energy in Joules) = Total Power (in Watts) × Time of Treatment (in Seconds)

E = 1.2Watts(1200mw) × 600s (10minutes)

E = 720 Joules of Laser Energy.

At 3 to 4cm from the scalp, the laser light is pretty evenly spread out over the balding area which is on average 150cm squared.

Now, divide the Total Energy (in Joules) by the total area covered by the lasers (in cm squared):

720Joules ÷　150cm squared = 4.8Joules / cm squared.

The lasers cover all the balding areas, front, top and crown.
These calculations are for the 'Average' size head.

AGAIN, 5 TO 7 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK IS PLENTY AND SHOULD GIVE YOU POSITIVE RESULTS.
